If you are a Rush fan and haven't seen the CLockwork Angels tour... Go! They once again put on a good show. The string ensemble was nice, and lots of pyrotechnics. Played a fair bit of eighties music (from Power Windows and Hold Your Fire), if you are into the era of their music. Plus they once again got around to playing Red Sector A, and they even played The Analog Kid (one of my favorite tunes off of Signals, aside from Subdivisions).

I was with Todd Rundgren the night before a bit down the road from there... Rush show is great- they are in great spirits as they prepare to leave for Europe, and Howard is KILLIN IT on lights this run...

Yeah, the light show is always a treat. I love it when they get the lasers pumping. And Mohegan Sun is a nice venue. There is hardly a bad seat there because it isn't like most arenas they play in -- it's small.

This came on randomly. My friend messaged me the night before the show that he was going to buy tickets (a good friend indeed -- friends help you move, good friends buy you Rush tickets). I am still in shock that I got to see them this tour, I didn't think that was going to happen and my 20+ year streak of seeing them on every tour since Presto was going to be ruined.

That's a cool story, glad you got to see them on this tour! Neil seems like he's having more fun playing theses days than he ever has.

It's fun to see Neil interact with Alex and Geddy. That's when the smile comes out. Other than that, it's a look of total concentration. For obvious reasons.
