I knew he had some health issues but wasn't expecting this. Sad to hear.

That sucks! I noticed he hadn’t been at the events he usually attends. Every time I would see him, I would call him “Mr. No Days Off”. One time he was at three races I attended over a four week period. All different types of events. Cool guy

Former Funny Car racer and Heritage Series Champion Randy Walls passed away last week.

On Sunday Ron Hope of the famed "Rat Trap" AA/FA passed away too.

Very sad news. I spent a lot of time with Roger back in the IHRA national event days, and later at some NHRA events. A great guy.

Roger sat right behind me at both of the Pomona races for many, many years and we would often talk.

Alway said Hi! when he was seated in another part of the media centers at other tracks.

Great Professional Photographer, Great family man, and a funny guy!
