Pro Stock testing @ Bandimere (1 Viewer)

They began testing this morning at Bandimere. This should be the year that they break into the 6's. So far Stanfield, Anderson and Krisher and possibly Yates have made runs. Not too sure of the times except for Krisher who ran 7.20 @192.66. I believe the quickest time last year was a 7.04 but now Bandimere has an all concrete surface and cooling coils underneath the launch pad. I heard that the coils dropped the starting line temps 20 degrees at the dvisional race three weeks ago.

That temp drop was before they were cooling the water. They installed the chillers last week but I haven't heard of the temp drop yet. 20 degrees just running water through it is good, I can't imagine how it will be once it is cooled.

So far the best time is Allen Johnson with a 7.072.
