[coverattach=1]MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO (June 2, 2010) - Pro Racing Fuels will provide contingency sponsor awards for the Pro Modified Racing Association and the Quick 32 Sportsman Series for the 2010 racing season.

“We want to support the two series, they are a good venue for us,” noted Mitch Markusich of Pro Racing Fuels. “The series are well-organized. We enjoy the series and the races.”

Based in Mississauga, Ontario, Pro Racing Fuels provides a wide range of specially-formulated racing fuels with octane ratings up to 116 used in a large spectrum of racing environments. Pro Racing Fuels supplies high octane racing gasoline to Quick 32 Sportsman Series competitors and provides alcohol fuel for drag racing classes such as Funny Cars and Pro Modified, as well as Speedway motorcycles and Sprint Cars.

Pro Racing Fuels provides contingency awards for event winners and best reaction times during eliminations at each PMRA and Quick 32 Sportsman Series race in 2010.

“The PMRA and Quick 32 Sportsman Series are pleased to have Pro Racing Fuels with us this year,” stated Bruce Mehlenbacher, Director of Operations for both race series. “Not only do they provide our teams with their product, they are always at our events offering technical assistance.”

One of the mandates of Pro Racing Fuels is to work with government and environmental organizations in providing high-quality racing fuels in this sensitive area, and has been meeting these challenges.

Markusich said that he and his team, including Ed DaSilva, attend each race event in providing help for the racers, adding that both series are not only popular but important exposure for drag racing.

“Bruce (Mehlenbacher) has done a good job with the series,” Markusich noted. “I’m glad to see a Canadian series so popular.”
