As the season is just about underway for every motorsport, what other motorsports gets your attention?

I'm spending Sunday mornings watching F1 and IMSA (awesome technologies), and I am always finding the streaming broadcast for Bonneville. NASCAR Truck series is a fun watch (madness!) and I'll catch the winged sprints whenever I'm close to a dirt oval.

(Guilty pleasure: Street Outlaws with the mute button at the ready)

searched for amount paid for MAVTV, even the Forbes article said 'financial terms not disclosed'. the article states talks have been underway
for the last year or so, so it seems this is a good move by both companies.

nhra and fox got together in 2016. they renewed in 2020, and last year of current contract i believe is 2026.
IMO i think nhra will have options moving ahead past 2026, possibilities including RACER network and CW network.
nhra just announced involvment with Octagon Media, making an attempt to grow their brand.
nhra has also recently announced the Cornwell Tools Burnout Box Content Creator Zone, aimed at hosting social media creators/influencers.
i'm optimistic.

Had just watched an episode of Mighty Mack this morning that explained some of this. Very good episode to watch and a good explanation of things.

IMSA has become my favorite, with IndyCar second.

I think my attention span is geared to NHRA. The good thing about Nascar is you can watch the start, then do something else for 2 or 3 hours and not miss anything until the end. I do enjoy watching a good road course race sometime no matter the vehicle.

Having grown up a country boy, NTPA tractor pulling has a special place in my heart. It's the closest thing to drag racing in many ways.

While not a race, it reminds me of an NHRA race in that there are quite a few classes of vehicles available. It doesn't hurt thst guys like Ken Veney are still going strong in the sport.

Any of you guys into Karts? Still the best bang for the buck in motorsports. Look up Superkarts, they're Karts with 250cc gearbox engines that can runaround 150 MPH. Pretty badass.
Most people can’t handle what they’re capable of if your talking MX two stroke engines on a race track😎

And believe it or not there is lawnmower racing. Around here they race at the Norco fair grounds dirt track. Some pretty fast mowers and on the dirt is great fun.

Back in the early 2000's, the late Russ Conroy and I raced Tony shifter karts at Willow Springs. Even back then, they were over a 100 miles an hour. Two stroke Mitox 125 engines.
I was racing Yamaha sprint carts a few years back in vegas, the shifter 125s are very fast, most wore rib protection for the g-forces, I think from what I heard from the shifter guys that the 250s were overkill and couldn’t get enough guys to race them, heard one story that a group of guys all bought 250s and started to practice at local warehouses and got overwhelmed and put them in garages before they ever made it out to track
