Add FC = 126,720 of fuel racing
Newway
15 TF cars = 8 races x 4 sessions x 1000 feet = 32,000 feet
20 FC cars =10 races x 4 sessions x1000 feet = 40,000 feet
Total 72,000
I missed out on 54,720 feet of racing for the same price.
That is if all cars ran all sessions
It don't seem fair??

64 cars x ave of ten passes 844,800 feet
we've been giped since they stopped letting the guys drag them to the line as quick as they could and stopped the 32 car shows...

you're point is what... I've never been able to be on the line and at the traps on the same run... the most I've ever been able to see on one pass is about 300 feet... except when I've been sitting at the 1000ft mark... even then, you really can't see the starting line...

and a good tf pass was 7 teens to 6.9 seconds... i'd rather have the time the cars are on the track than the distance they are running...

1 Friday ticket = $35.00
35 fuel cars X 2 min track time X 2 passes / 2 cars at a time = 70 minutes of track time = $2.00 per minute to watch

1000 foot vs. 1320 = AVG time differential of .8 seconds = 28 seconds lost
28 seconds / (70min X 60 seconds/min) = 4200 seconds = .7% track time lost
$35 ticket - .7% = $34.75


It all just boils down to what angle you want to look at the situation from.
