Veterans Todd Okuhara and Aaron Brooks have been named co-crew chiefs for Bob Tasca III’s Nitro Funny Car. Both have a wealth of NHRA crew chief experience – 31 years between the two of them.

was unofficially announced a few weeks back, when neff and schaefer announced they were headed to JCM TF'r.
the consensus by a few is that bob got the shorter end of the stick......i hope todd and aaron do well this year.

I rate Aaron highly. Never seems to be given a long enough run at a team so hopefully Bob can do that and he can shine. I know Todd is highly decorated but I don’t recall a time his car has run well so it could be a mixed bag this year.

if memory is correct, there was a time when aaron put richie crampton into the 4.6's when not too many others had been that fast.......2015? 2016?

Aaron is not easy on parts, when he has a budget. Both Lucas and Crampton either seemed to run hard or break

that was an extremely tight budget...in other words, he was handcuffed. Don't get me wrong, he's a great tuner...if I had $$$ I wouldn't hesitate to bring him on!
