Before Xmas I bought two of them shipped to my house for under $8 total. They both quickly needed replacement batteries which cost more than the watches themselves. Cheaply made, one of the retaining straps on the band broke, but for the price they are well worth it.

Just checked eBay, where I bought mine, and noticed a range of prices. It's not worth $50 or even $19.99. I paid $4/each for them and they were great for that price. Here's one for $9.99 (shipping included) that could probably be had for much less via the Make An Offer feature:
