Awesome pictures!! Now everyone that attended the race got to see what we deal with 5 months a year. But those pictures were great, especially the storm pictures in the back ground. I think the racers were more scared than anyone! Coming from California, most of the racers had never seen anything like that before. I heard Beckman talking about it in his pits and he was amazed by it all. He said he had never seen hail that big in his life.
