I did not know of this event but they apparently packed them in

New Hampshire is at 50% capacity for outside events. Epping allowed 4000 people total...that was it.

So essentially they "sold out"

That is no surprise, the key word there was import. That is what the majority of young whipper snappers seem to be into. It is the crotch rockets in motorcycles, not HD. Here in Southern California once in a while I will see an old hot rod or someone on a Harley Davidson going down the freeway and it is usually an older adult. But, I see younger kids driving their high performance imports and the crotch rockets on a daily basis at a much higher rate of speed.
