National DRAGSTER in the DR. Office

I accompanied my son to his Orthopedic Surgeon the other day. I sat down in the waiting area and started to look for something to read. Had all the women's junk and SI, then it caught my eye there it was National DRAGSTER.
I picked it up turned to my son and said I LOVE this place.
Now I ask, how cool is that National DRAGSTER in a DR's office waiting room?

Last week I needed to get a smog check for my silverado.

I picked a shop at random and went. The typical waiting area magazines were there; Golf, People, Reader's Digest, Sports Illustrated etc etc.

Also there, were neatly stacked piles of National Dragster and JEGS catalogs! I gotta be honest and say that it was not the kind of shop I expected to find those publications.

As it turns out, one of the mechanics is a drag racer and we got to bench race for a bit. Always nice to meet fellow drag race people in every day walks of life.
