LAS VEGAS - The Muscle Milk team had a much-improved outing at the Ford Performance NHRA Nationals in Las Vegas. They returned back to their competitive ways in Las Vegas and competed in a very tough field that included many of the nation's best Top Alcohol Dragster teams.

Madison qualified tenth with a great 5.29 at 272 MPH. In round one, she took on east-coast rival Jackie Fricke in round one. As the cars left the starting line, Madison was out of the gate first with a .055 to Jackie's .080. Madison extended her lead all the way to the finish line and took the win with a 5.29 at 271 MPH to Jackie's 5.42 at 261 MPH.

In the second round, Madison caught up with Nick Januik. At the hit, it was Januik out first with a .066 to Madison's .075. As the cars traveled down the track, Madison began to catch up but Januik was too far ahead and won the round with a 5.26 at 274 over Madison's valiant 5.33 at 271 MPH.

Madison summed up the race on a positive note, "It was sure great to see our team improve and see a win light. It was fantastic to race Jackie and to beat her. I am looking forward to the last two races" she said.

Next, the team will stay in Las Vagas and compete at the final regional event of the year before moving on to the In-N-Out Burger NHRA Finals. Madison and car owner Duane Shields would like to thank Muscle Milk, GRP, NGK, Clean Boost, and Brad Anderson Enterprises for all of their support this season.
