McBride Looking to Help Out Her Teammate Again this Weekend

Angie McBride looks to take her Myhollywood.com Buell for some more rounds this weekend in Las Vegas, Nevada. McBride’s teammate, Matt Smith is trying to win his second consecutive POWERade Championship and she hopes to help him out during these last two races on tour.
The Drag Racing Beauty has been tearing it up over the last few races. Taking out Three-time Champions left and right, and she is hoping to do it again at the Nevada based track this weekend.
“Three weeks off is way too much,” said McBride. “It was great to relax and get some work at home done, but I am pumped about getting back out there. Matt has been working on so much over the last few weeks, so it should be very exciting to see what happens these last two races. Hopefully we can help him get it done.”
McBride has two consecutive semi-final appearances in her pocket and hopes to make it to her first final round ever before the year is out.
McBride as well as her teammate and team owner, Matt Smith are looking for sponsorship for 2009 and beyond. Both hope to run well over the last two races in order to lock something up.
