Dang good show, Mrs. TopFuel@Lions and I watched it about a hour ago. To see Allison Lee was so cool. I was there, as usual, when they came out to Famoso for that first time. My wife blew me away and made me smile and said during AA/FD eliminations, "that is where the engine should be." It took me back, made me think about my father and all the good, no great, front-engine shows we saw in So-Cal and thru out the nation.

This is something that the N/FD guys have been working on for some time now to bring attention to the nostalgia scene. As it was pointed out in the show, the cars run the full 1/4 mile and not so fast that the view get senses overload.
