Maple Grove never closed and technically Englishtown is still open for other racing/ motorsports, just not drag racing.

Plus the well-circulated photo of E-town being demolished is actually adjacent to the track, not the racing surface itself.

Unfortunately it's also chump change for someone thinking of developing the land into a housing tract, business park, or strip mall.
