Are there any maters going to John Force's "toys for tots" toy drive and car show this weekend in Yorba Linda?

I'll be there, if history is any indication I'll be the only one in a Tux-LOL

Alan

Michelle and I will be there looking foward to it.
Hi guys it just goes to show you never know who is lurking around on this site. Lois and Cameron and I will be at the Ayers on Saterday night so if you get there early on Sunday stop by the hotel or if you are in the area on Saterday night we are going to the Olive Garden for dinner.

Eugene, we were all at Buena Park tonight for Index Insanity..... It would have been cool if you could have come by. Wish I had checked here earlier...

Hi Gary: I Have not been to a slot car race in a couple of years but I would have came by if I had known. I have been wanting to stop by and see every one. Vince stopped by our trailer at the Vegas race. I hope I see you at Force's shop today.

I seen you at the hotel with what could have been the tux in a hanger bag. It looks like a lot of kids will have a nice Christmas this year thanks to John Force again.

Craig & his staff put on another great show with 1000's of toys being donated and some of So Cal's finest street rods & muscle cars showing up.
I'm heart broken that I missed Alan & The TUX, that would have made for some great conversation.

Maybe at the West Hollywood bars you hang out at...

Weather looked a little precipitatious to me (meaning it could rain). How was the turnout? Did they miss my '57?

Randy

No precipitatioustation at the show this year, shorts and a sweathirt were the dress code for the day as it is for everyday.......no flip flops this year, actually had on tennis shoes. (how's that weather back east:eek:)

Be interesting to get a car count including the ones that just showed up. I'm guessing around 800-900 most of the parking lots around JFR were full of street rods.

Don't start with the bars I hang out at or I'll start with the ......................:p

And no I didn't see any other 57 like yours, most of them at the show were NICE

Ouch...

What's wrong with my '57? I sent in this picture to enter the John Force car show and they turned me down. Imagine that!

RG Your tuning skills pale in comparison to your fiberglassing

Hey, are those the infamous drums of nitro your storing?

You know in todays world of "what can you do for me" athletes and sports stars, its real nice to see somebody like John Force who never forgot where he came from and never got too good to give something back. He is a first class guy in my opinion.

RG, missed your car and, missed chatting with you even more,

Eugene, Why didn't you stop me and say hi?

Lynn, yes, really, I always wear my Tux at the JFR car show,

Alan

I was stuffing my face with a waffle at the hotel and you looked like you were in a hurry and I did not see you again.
