Welp maybe I should read an entire article before posting about it. After re-reading everything twice over. The "nationals" referred to at Woodburn is not an NHRA nationals. And the date for the Legends Nitro Series in Woodburn in the schedule posted at the bottom shows August 23-25th which would be the week before Indy. I need to leave the breaking news to the professionals like Bobby....

Now that we are about 6 weeks to the start of the season you would think the location of the race would have been announced. I wonder if Pomona is a possibility since it is a NHRA ran track. Next two races are on the west coast so it makes sense. Can be on the hot side and in a market that hasn’t been great is a drawback. Tulsa has always been rumored in previous seasons so it could be a possibility. I thought Indy was a real possibility but will the tower be up and functional by then?
