How about that Force taking out Cruz!

I thought it was a great call on Cruz's part to pick first pair, and he probably ran just what he wanted to, 4.10 which was a good number. Prock Rocket came through in the end, 4.07 and the car was probably rolled in .02.
perfect analysis.....if fact mite even go so far to suggest john tested 4x, then
put in the known combination for sunday.
the final was a no brainer; test again, get AAA car into shootout.

If John was testing he almost tested right out of the field. I think it's a little early to be laying down for a teammate

are you saying that John lost on purpose, after telling everybody how much he wants to win it all again
not on purpose, but wouldn't surprise if he had it set on the ragged edge and was not surprised that it didn't hold, especially in the rite lane.
ok, maybe not 4 tests in qualifying, 1 or 2 maybe.....why not; you are rite i'm sure
his intentions where to not be #16.

With no more testing restrictions and the extensive budget at JFR , it seems unlikely that there was any testing going on during qualifying. There has been mention at the first two races that the car was having issues down low and they were running right on the edge. Throw in a tricky track and it's no surprise they had issues.
