Someone here posted this on another thread, the first 1:30 is just floating around and scoping out IRP, but they catch a pair of Fuel FC's doing a burnout and a run! Pretty Impressive!

Funny how you see the cars race down the 1/4 mile...and then you the hear the sound of them.

Looks like the safety safari truck still on the track during the burnout. Haven't we learned that lesson yet?

But the sound is way cool. Funny how the cars are done running before you hear the sound. I always liked that at the far end of the track. Sound sure is slow. LOL

sound travels 528 feet per second approximately, so if you're standing at 1200ft, a nitro car will be at half track before the sound of the hit at the starting line gets to you, and that's the same time the sound from 330 feet hits you.
