It started out a bit rocky when I found our side gate left open first thing this morning with 2 $1000. bikes gone. Then I went to work on the completion of a $45 M transaction Buzzz, Paul and I have spent our last year - plus working on only to watch it go completely down the drain by noon. This, after having no income for the past two years due to a very slow economy but before this day was over, I read all your well wishes, then I found the bikes had been stashed in the back of the detached garage and, by the end of the business day, revived our transaction successfully for a closing in the next few days, so I'll call it a great birthday for sure. Again, thanks to all. I'll bet I appreciate your kind words way more than you think.
