After a disappointing semi-final round at Milan Dragway, Matt Hagan is ready to get back behind the wheel of the SHELOR.COM/TORCO Nitro Funny Car this weekend at Maryland International Raceway. Hagan is going in to the weekend 2nd in Knoll Gas Motorsports NITRO JAM points and is only one half of a round out of first place.
"Of course we would like to win another event," said Hagan. "But our main focus right now is just on being consistent and staying in the points race. We've tasted success and it was great but we know we've got a lot to learn about being competitive in this sport."
Hagan & crew take the lanes for qualifying on Friday night at 7:00 PM. Qualifying resumes on Saturday and elimination rounds begin on Sunday.
