HAGAN AND CREW HEAD NORTH

Matt Hagan has a long drive ahead of him as he and his crew travel to Castrol Raceway in Edmonton, ALB Canada. He'll be using the time to contemplate his past two events and the missed opportunities to take the lead in the Knoll Gas Motorsports Nitro Jam NFC points race.
"We just didn't get it done at Milan and Budds Creek," said Hagan.
Hagan has been flirting with the top spot since his win at the Rockingham Spring Nationals earlier in the season but has yet to find that magic formula again that propelled him into the winner's circle. "It's been a variety of things, some driver, some mechanical, but the bottom line is we just need to step up and perform at a higher level as a team."
Hagan's SHELOR.COM/TORCO Monte Carlo Nitro Funny Car will take the lanes on Friday night for the first qualifying round. Qualifying resumes on Saturday and Eliminations being on Sunday.
