Enders- "deadhead ?"

That's the term when the gears in the tranny don't mesh. You pull (or push) the shifter and it "Dead Heads" not engaging the next gear. in a split second the engine will hit the limiter and you lose momentum. Sometimes you have to abort the run, sometimes it will engage once the limiter hits. It doesn't happen often, but it has happened to everybody out there at some point.

Beats hearing the car "wouldn't go into 3rd"
