i was wondering the same thing, but my guess is, in order to keep such a stout team probobly requires some serious cash !! Mike has some very talented people working for him along with probobly, some very expensive parts and equipment that is required to run his car at this pace.
Mike has been saying of late that he's not sure if he'll be back next year, obviously because of funding. The Panella situation is news to me, just read it this morning, but it sounds like Bob would be driving, with Edwards power.
Mike Edwards really deserves to compete for a whole year with the number 1 on his car, I hope some company realizes the great exposure he can give them and steps up to sponsor the team.
