Well, in the 45 minutes that I watched of the show, he must have apologized and said he was sorry 100 times. MAKE NO MISTAKE, he was way off base saying what he said, for whatever his reasons were. (He claims that he feels accepted by the black population, and thought it was ok to say the 'N' word, because they do it among themselves.) And it is pathetic that, according to him, the Enquirer or one of the other rags, gave his son $15,000 to get that conversation on tape.
If the number of times a person apologizes had any bearing on someone or a group of people, forgiving that person, Dog should be well on his way to forgiveness. However, there is no magic number .... people either will or will not forgive.
Then, he went on to say that he now wants to be buried in the middle of a black cemetary at Mt. Vernon, where all the Washington slaves are buried in unmarked graves. And his grave will be unmarked.
Hey, it's his life and he can do what he wishes with it. But I don't believe for a minute that any of it will change the mind of someone who will not forgive his stupid remarks.
Just my opinion.
