Way to piss on the cornflakes of what was by all measures an exceptional March Meet.
Let me understand this - A Crawford, or equivalent, tests the pumps, then certs and applies a fixed seal to them. Racers get them and then can they or can't they remove the seal and do what ever and go racing?
It will be interesting if the units were certified "in compliance with the rules" with a fixed seal and the four NHRA tested units were sent for rules inspection with the seals intact.
I hope all the who-what-where-when-why comes out on this situation. Prob. at CP - they seem to practice professional journalism over there.
