I am pleased to announce that FastNews Network* will be sponsoring a special evening at the NHRA Museum, in Pomona, CA, on Wednesday evening, November 11, 2009 at 7:00PM PST to allow all of us to come together to honor Darryl Jackman. He has made a significant impact on a lot of our lives and this will be an opportunity for all of his friends, neighbors and racing family to say good-by.
The NHRA Museum is an appropriate place to hold this, as drag racing has been a vital part of Darryl's life since he was in high school.
There is no current agenda for the evening, but everyone will be encouraged to bring and share your memories of Darryl. Please let me know if you have any suggestions or recommendations on an agenda or any other suggestions.
