What makes this a little more interesting for the fans here is that CSK provided the funding to the race teams through "vendor rebates" or Co-Op ad dollars.
That in itself is not illegal and in fact is how Aaron's current deal works. It's a great use of these dollars, however it appears CSK mismanaged these funds.
