Probably Laurie Force . I have seen pics of her as the back up girl back then so it was probably her .

I used to work on John's up until earlier that year. Back then it was mostly volunteer except for Steve Plueger and one full time crew member. That is Laurie.

Thanks for the response Mike, you've lived a part of history there. Things sure have changed for John Force, huh? I remember seeing him in Baton Rouge with that Wendy's Corvette, and on Saturday, he was in his pit hollering and screaming at his entire crew, fired them all on the spot. My brother and I were standing at the ropes cracking up laughing thinking "this guy is fricking crazy". He saw us laughing and started hollering at us, we just cracked up even more. Sure enough we went back Sunday morning and his crew was back at work.
