Dallas brief update of DNQ, 1st pass soft, but made it a to b and she was pulling toward the cones so I threw in the towel, lifted and threw the chutes (had no idea Terry was to my right as I was to his left), 2nd pass - added 1lb of tire pressure from extremely reliable resource and it was on, she decided to have a whole new perspective on some extra power that we under estimated and shook from other variables, Q3 - when prestaged, she didn't respond when I did normal "get in the beam" stage procedure, so when Bryan staged and I was already up on RPM at correct amount, she lurched and I was able to stop at deep stage so we didn't time out, but then the amber hit and I was at the wrong RPM from all the 3 or 4 hundreths of a second events going on, and I was at a higher RPM than normal by several hundred RPM and we over powered the track (a lot) shook and that was the end of our weekend.
We learned a lot and didn't have any carnage, so we'll be in Noble in a couple of weeks and try again. It was awesome to see a bunch of racing family and although our weekend didn't go well, Congrats to Team Harker and Team Meyer for their success, along with Team Severance and Team Ruckman for their Final Round Appearances.
Have a great night everyone!!!!
