The home track for many of the world’s heaviest hitters, Houston Raceway Park has hosted The Clash of the Titans World Finals for the past several years. This will be the last race of the 2006 season for the high-flying Clash Series as Northside Plumbing and supply presents The Clash of the Titans / Outlaw Streetcar Nationals World Finals. Like other tracks in the south, HRP is home to some of the quickest cars in the country and several of the local boys are planning on giving the Clash regulars a real fight.
While this is the final race of the year , it is shaping up to be the biggest of the year. This race is coming just a few weeks after a colossal race in Tulsa,Oklahoma which featured 18 Pro Outlaw and 18 Outlaw 10.5 with several cars in the six-second 200 mile-per-hour zone. Northside Plumbing Company and Clash of The Titans is proud to announce that in conjunction to being the World Finals Presenting Sponsor, Northside Plumbing Supply will also be making a contribution to raise the total purse of True 10.5. An unprecedented in True 10.5 will come to the tune of a $3000 winner payout as well as a $1000 runner-up payday!
Drag racing of this caliber is more than worth the entry fee, but The Clash of the Titans Outlaw Streetcar Nationals event is not just a drag race. The event will feature a Auto Show and Shine Spectacular, Free Swap meet for all you motor heads, a Manufactures Midway, and plenty more.
