Chocolate Cream Cheese Pie

In a large mixing bowl, blend Cream Cheese, Cool Whip and milk until thoroughly mixed.
Slowly add melted chocolate. Let it cool slightly first.
Blend all till smooth and creamy.
Spoon into Pie Shell.
Shave the reserved square of chocolate on top of the pie. I vary my shaving thickness from fine to chunks for a variety of decoration.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours

Hope everything's fine now . The only thing I had at risk during Ike was me , and that was enough !
I'm still reminded of it every time I go to Galveston or Bolivar.
Gilcrest is no more period.
Chrystal Beach not as bad as it looked but there is a whole house from there washed up on an Island in the Bay.

You could also use my weakness, oreo cookies, crushed and with butter to used instead of the grahm crackers.

Actually, Larry we fared really well. Lots of limbs down, but no damage to the house, car or fence.

I've only been to Surfside since Ike. The homes devastation is just unbelievable! I was so surprised to see a local 'bar and grill' Hammerheads still right on the beach with ZERO damage. Amazing!
