Perhaps it's because you are logged in to that e-mail account? If we're not logged in, we can't se it.

No the pic was sent to me as a separate photo, not on a Website.

You must have it linked "locally"..
i.e. :

My guess is.... Joe can see it because it's already been downloaded to his computer and it's in his cache.

It sounds as if it was emailed to Joe's Hotmail account. As Joes computer is logged in to Hotmail he can access the link.

So Joe, if you provide us all with your Hotmail username and password we can login and see the photo.

And that was your Hotmail usename and password, not your Hotmale website username and password.

Alternatively you can just upload it to your SmugMug account.
