Capps and Foley

Did I miss something on why Jon Capps and Doug Foley were not in Grand Bend? I know Foley missed the Tulsa re-run to be in New Jersey, but he was not in Seattle and I thought both were running for the championship in the IHRA.

Capps missed Edmonton too. I think I read somewhere that Foley would be concentrating on the NHRA side a little more. I was surprised to not see him at either race.
