CAPCO and the Permian Basin

Sort of off-topic (Mods: Please move if necessary). Listening to the market reports this morning, and the big talk is the shortfall of the drilling infrastructure to tap the LNG in the Permian Basin.
Isnt that CAPCO and if so, does that drag Billy back into the family business as it sounds like that's going to be an all-hands on deck for the immediate future? I believe Steve is steering the ship at the moment?

Hopefully we don't have to lose one more full-time team this season

As far as I know CAPCO builds pipelines for others. In my option that is only a small part if any of what is considered "drilling infrastructure". Also I don't think the time Billy spends away from the office racing is terribly significant. He travels in his own jet and he would be available by phone most of the time he is gone. Bottom line I am not worried about him dropping out.
