These IHRA races are getting better with each event. I think they are really carving out their own niche in the drag racing world and providing a great alternative. It’s great to see some of the Nitro Chaos racers getting into the fray and winning some races like Ryan Hill in nitro altered on his first attempt in IHRA. Congratulations also to Hank Stubbs on his victory in outlaw pro mod. Great event.

I enjoyed the events at NT this year, missed 42, I can walk to NT and 42 is 1.5 hour drive. I know where I will be spending money next year. If IHRA can get thru a couple of years I think they will make a dent in NHRA. A little more level field for the lower budgets and bigger purses with better odds.

I’m hoping that next year they can boost their prize money for the alcohol classes and corner the market with full fields. $15-20,000 to win should do it

sounded like it was about to die on the backup and then died at the hit
