Benny Cardillo, former N.J. funny car driver, died Tuesday night. His Funny Cars were called "Special Formula" Benny had successfully completed a heart transplant a couple of years ago, but was in deteriorating health with Lou Gehrig's disease this year, which eventually took his life.
Services will be held in Neptune, N.J., on Friday, December 8, 2006.
