He better go back and see that it's not nitrous assisted gasoline . the 1964 hemi was not 500 cu. in.

Some of the readers tried correcting the author. But the one guy who said Chrysler’s largest engine ever was the 426 Hemi.
I guess he forgot about the 440 and the Viper engines.
The “nitrous assisted gasoline” was an ignorant error.

I agree. Drag racing can use all the good publicity it can get to encourage new fans and fan attendance at our races. I say give the guy a break.
