actually he was running a stratus, don't know about this weekend

I hope he's running the Charger body now. The Charger F/C body is so much better looking than the street version of that car. I don't care for the street Charger at all & I feared the F/C version would be even uglier, but in my opinion the Charger is arguably the best looking Fuel Coupe of the current crop.
I can't wait to see what the Challenger F/C version will look like. With today's aerodynamically enhanced bodies I doubt seriously that it will look anything like the '70's model Challenger F/C. What with the narrowed teardrop shaped canopy of today, I doubt that it'll look anything like the street version. Not to say that'll be a bad thing; just very different.:D ..............."HIP"

My black 05 stang was parked next to a silver 06 Charger, most of the evening tonight at the bowling center... kinda looked like Eric lined up against Whit... and yeah, I think the flopper bodies look enough like the street cars that if you squint alot... or have bad eyesight like me......

Charger's a bad a$$ looking hound dawg, for a 4 door... still think my 'stang looks badder, even sittin' still...;)

Let me clarify my statement a little bit. I think that the Charger is a good lookin' car, not ulgy like I said earlier. It's just that it's not what I expected when it was first rumored to be coming back after a few years off the market.
A four door sedan isn't what one usually thinks of when one thinks "Fuel Coupes" but they pulled it off rather nicely I think.:D ..............."HIP"

Not to bring this thread off topic, but I always wanted to know this:

How could The Don be able to get Charger bodies made if the rules call for a 2-door COUPE?

BTW Mike Ashley's paint job looks great, as usual.

The rule is & I quote; "A 1999 or later model-year NHRA accepted coupe or sedan body of a type originally mass-produced by automobile manufacturer (domestic or foreign)"......."HIP
