Any body hear what happened to bo ?

WOW ... I had no idea this happened to Bo. I am glad it is nothing too serious and he was able to race this weekend.

PS without exaggeration I have probably been in that Cracker Barrel 100 times. My Parents and Sister each live 10 minutes from there and it is a very easy place to jump on I-71/75.

scary indeed .... I've had the instructions from my Dr. to schedule a heart scan for over a week now .... need to get that done.

My wife who is a retired RN is always good about telling me to wiggle my toes and move my legs while driving long distance. Sitting in the driving position for a long time isn't good on the circulation.

My doc saw a spike in my EKG, so I had to go thru the whole exam process, CT scan, etc etc. Worse part was no caffine for 24 hours before the test. Nasty headache from that. Did cut back to 2 cups per day. OK ok, 3.... :)

We do a lot of long hauls in our rig ... my wife does not drive (91 ft with a tag trailer is long, and when she does drive its obvious she oversteers it when I'm in the back trying to sleep so she's pretty much relegated to 225mph 1/4 mi at a time). Anyway, about every 30 minutes i let all of the air out of the driver's seat and do 50 reps of squats until my head hits the roof (not standing but a pretty good workout). Got to have it on cruise and have light traffic/good lanes, but it keeps the blood pumping (and helps you stay awake).

I used to have to fly a bunch of 8 hour flights and got very conscious of deep vein thrombosis from lack of leg blood circulation.
