And the right lane seemed more suspect on Saturday Pro Qualifying, but I don't know if it stayed that way on Sunday. I was at the track on Saturday and after seeing too many teams with busted runs in the right lane, I thought NHRA should have stopped qualifying for awhile and check the right lane and possibly re-sprayed it, but that's just me. A few made it down the lane and in some cases both lanes produced busted runs. After the unreal conditions of 1st round qualifying on Saturday, many teams went for the throat on their 2nd pass on Saturday and overpowerd the track...in both lanes, but the right lane moreso than the left.

On Antrons first round run where he broke the belt, it was on a .78-.79 pass. My guess is that they tried to run in that range again and just missed it a tiny bit.

I didn't think anything was wrong with the decision, but now that I see how quickly Paul and Nate are trying to put a damper on this....it makes me suspicious!!!

If it was Force the car would have had a .250 RT and the car would have been driven directly out of the groove. (this is poking fun of the obvious throwing of a race last year at Indy). Mark, in all reality, it is really early in the year to be throwing races and DSR teams have demonstrated time and time again (since Seattle 20003 or 2004) they race heads up.

OK-First of all Antron did not choose the Left Lane-his Crew Chief(s) chose the Left Lane. Let's leave Antron out of this. Obviously the Crew Chiefs saw something that they liked and that is why the Matco Tools US Army Dragster was in the Left Lane. It's not for us to say or decided why a team does what they decide to do. It is what it is man.. Tony Won and Antron got Runner-Up. Time to move on to Charoltte!!!
