Another track going away?

This came in my email yesterday. I know there haven’t been any national events there. But, it sure looks like a nice facility.
The for-sale ad doesn’t mention keeping it as a drag strip.

IMO after reading the article and flood plain issues for redevelopment, I would say they are looking to capitalize on the market in general and the fact that Street Outlaws is filmed there.
