Well Courtney seems to have been suffering from what I call "Eddie Hill syndrome" all year this year, she'll do great in qualifying then smoke the tires either in the first or second round. Only exception was one final round all year this year. A change needed to be made I guess, and Ron Douglas being relieved of his duties was the change I guess.
