That was a shocking final outcome to say the least.
How how is young Tanner taking the news?!?
You know what was interesting was that after the race w/ Tanner, Tanner came over & shook hands with Alex. Alex kinda patted him on the back like you would with a friend, so I'm guessing there is no longer anger between them. But you know they still wanna beat each other when it comes time to race.

Very true but I was thinking of the story I read at the Gray Motorsports site where Tanner told a story of offering to help Alex's reaction times when he was their client. Since then Alex has raced only sporadically, then comes to Bristol and takes the whole cake, including a .000 in the final. All of this happened while Tanner was enduring a few mechanical problems. It's got all the makings for another good
rivalry and I think it's great for the sport!

Alex is a class act, he won't talk crap about another competitor, not in public anyways. Tanner has been taking a beating from all the keyboard warriors lately, I'm sure that alone has sped up his maturity process. I think that it's a great rivalry. Congrats to the Gas Monkeys on their win, that was an awesome final.
