Al "Mousie" Marcellus has Passed Away

Steve Gibbs stated on Facebook that Mousie passed away peacefully this morning. I know he was in declining health for several years now, but has been a fixture at reunions and the Nitro Revival.

for those of you who may not recognize the name, Mousie was partners with "Wild" Willie Borsch on a series of cars known as The Winged Express.

I took this picture last year at the Nitro Revival 3 as we were pitted next to them. Mousie was just out of frame in front of the car.

Sad news.... they were an amazing team

He was always with The Wing when it was at Bakersfield. Legend.
Anytime I went, I always made sure to stop by the pit.
