Concrete on the top end = wrecks when you get out of the grove. i.e. Dallas

IMO a transition at speed isn't such a good ideal when you think about the climate up there !
No matter how well you do it the cars feel it anyway .

The new Composite Cement if used is quite an improvement over Billy Meyers Dallas Facility.
