I've seen people post about wanting to know of ways to help. After contacting officials is Selmer, this is what I was told.

Looks like they're going to try to help themselves.

So, the guy who's suing already may have also gotten donations from people. I wonder if he will in turn donate a portion if he wins, or at least give back what was donated to him.
