Epping is a pipe dream until the bulldozers roll. Not enough land cleared for a National. Parking lot not big enough to stage the teams. Pits not big enough to hold them. Where ever you stay, you are going to travel, there is nothing there.

According to the Victory Seeds website, the average first frost date for East St. Louis is October 5th. This information is gathered from the National Climatic Data Center, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
So it should be really cool to have Gateway back !!!
