1100 Musi?

Looking at Q from No Mercy Radial VS The World. #1 Q as of now, Jamie Hancock @ 3.662 193.29 and it sez he has a Musi 1100. So is this the biggest engine ever? I knew that World had made a 1000 CI engine some years ago, but I never hear anything about engines this size.
