The guys on Myth Busters ran a Rocket sled on a 1000 foot track. Top end was 618 and I estimate the ET around 2 seconds.
It sure would be nice to see them sponsor a car.

Ah shucks.. Seriously, It was a very impressive display of acceleration. That show would make a great sponsor, even if it's a minor sponsorship. Even more impressive than the acceleration was the deceleration. You'd have to see it.

that was a repeat last night but nevertheless awesome to watch.....again.
you're rite, the deceleration just as dramatic as acceleration
